Atharv Realtors is located out in Siltara, which is a bit of a drive from the main Raipur city center. We are at Plot No. 103, which is part of 104 in Phase II of the CSIDC area. Because we are in an industrial zone, the environment is quite different from a typical office. There are lots of trucks moving around and a fair amount of dust in the air, but that is where the real work happens. We focus on the realtor side of things, dealing with land and industrial plots mostly. Our office at Siltara Raipur-493111 is a basic setup where we keep all our records and maps. We spend a lot of time walking around these plots, checking boundaries and talking to other people in the industrial park. It’s not a glamorous job, and we definitely don’t wear suits and ties. Most of the time, we are in practical clothes that can handle a bit of dirt. We know the CSIDC layout inside and out because we’ve been here for quite a while. When people come to see us, we usually just offer them a plastic chair and some water while we look through the paperwork. It’s a straightforward business. We don't try to sugarcoat things or use complicated real estate talk. We just show the plots, explain the situation with the titles, and help people figure out what they need for their own operations. It’s just how things are done here in Siltara.
