We are set up in Kharghar, specifically at Flat No B 208 in Anmol Plaza. Sector 8 is a really busy part of Navi Mumbai, and we have been here long enough to see the whole area grow. Our office is basically a regular flat where we manage the cement supply for the surrounding local projects. It is a very practical and simple space. We do not have a big sign outside or a fancy reception area with a secretary. Mostly, it is just the staff sitting around the desks, handling customer orders and making sure the logistics are moving as they should. Kharghar has so many new housing projects, so there is always a huge demand for cement. We spend a lot of our time talking to site managers and making sure the deliveries are actually on time. The Navi Mumbai humidity can be really tough during the summer, but we have a good fan that keeps us going through the day. It is a straightforward operation without any bells and whistles. We handle the mountains of paperwork, track where the trucks are, and deal with any delivery issues that pop up. The building, Anmol Plaza, is easy enough to find once you are in the right sector. We like being here because it is central to all our work sites. It is not a polished office. It is just a place where we get the work done. We have our tea breaks and just focus on the task.
