Heidelberg Cement Ltd.

We are over at Suryoday Apartment in room 101, which is in the Damodar Nagar area of Chinch Pada. Being out here in Pen, specifically in the Raigad district, means things move at their own pace. It is a simple setup we have going. It's not one of those tall glass buildings you see in the city. Just a regular apartment block where we handle the daily side of Heidelberg Cement Ltd. Most of the time, the office is just filled with the sound of calculators and people talking on their phones about truck schedules. The weather gets pretty sticky around here, especially when the monsoon starts to roll in. We spend a lot of our time just keeping track of where things are supposed to be. It's hard work but it's honest. There is a small shop nearby where we grab tea in the afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to it. The roads around here can be a bit dusty with all the construction going on, which I guess is good for business. We don't really have a big sign out front, just the address. People find us well enough though. It feels more like a small community than a big company office. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home. That's how it goes every day at this branch.
