Swayampurti Producer Company Limited is situated in Mhasala. We are at H.No 1885, B Wing, Flat No. 101. Raigarh is our district and it’s a place we really care about. We are a bit different from the big agricultural firms. We are small and local. Most of us have lived in Mhasala our whole lives. We started this company to help local producers get a better footing. It’s not always easy because the market can be tough. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people in person. Our office isn't anything special, just a flat where we can sit down and focus. We don't have a team of experts, just ourselves and our common sense. We handle all the logistics and the selling ourselves. It means a lot of long hours but we don't mind. Honesty is just how we do things with everyone. If something isn't going to work we say so. We don't try to sugarcoat things. The community here is tight and news travels fast. So we make sure we do what we say we’re going to do. We don't have a big corporate ladder to climb. We are all on the same level here. It’s just about working hard and hoping for the best with each new season. We’ve been through some ups and downs but we’re still moving forward.
