You can find us at Shop No. 15 on the ground floor of Maruti Tower. It’s right there in Sector 5, Kamothe. Rictek Solutions Llp is basically a small operation. We spend most of our time dealing with technical issues and finding ways to make things run a bit smoother for the folks who ask for help. It’s a ground floor shop, so it’s easy to duck in if you're passing by Plot No 9. The space isn't huge, but we've got enough room for our equipment and a couple of old chairs for visitors. We’ve been in this spot for a bit. Some days the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it's just us working through a pile of tasks in silence. We aren't some massive corporation with layers of management and HR departments. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Kamothe is a good place to be based, plenty of other shops around and people always moving about. Sometimes we grab lunch nearby at the small food stalls and talk about what needs to get finished by the end of the day. We don't really do the whole fancy business talk thing here. We just tell it like it is. If something can be fixed, we fix it. If it’s going to take a while, we say so straight up. The Maruti Tower building is pretty easy to spot if you are looking for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind. It's practical work for practical people.
