Ind Synergy Ltd

We are out here at the Ind Synergy Ltd site in Village Kotmar, near the post office in Luang, Raigarh. Being in a village setting means things are a bit different than the city offices. We are surrounded by more open space, and the pace of life feels a little slower until the work gets heavy. Our office is a functional building right on the site. It is built for work, not for show. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics of being in this location. There are always trucks coming and going, and we have to keep a close eye on the gate and the schedules. The dust can be a bit much sometimes, but we are used to it. Inside, it is just plain walls and sturdy furniture. We have a small crew here, and we mostly look after the local operations and the paperwork that comes with it. We usually eat our lunch together at a big table in the back. It is a good way to catch up on things outside of work. Raigarh weather is something else, especially during the monsoon, but we just keep the operations running regardless. We are not big on formalities here. We just want to get through the list of tasks and make sure everything is sorted before we head home. It is a quiet existence but the work is steady and it keeps us all on our toes.
