Our stone crusher is located at House Number 167 in Pilosary Khavali, which is in the Sudhagad region. It’s a quiet area until we start the machines up. We spend our time breaking down rocks and managing the stone piles. It is heavy, dusty work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We don’t have a big corporate office or a marketing team. Most of what we do is just manual labor and keeping the equipment running. The crushers can be temperamental, so there is always some maintenance to do. We are just local people working in Sudhagad. We have a simple way of doing things. You won’t find any polished brochures here. We just show people the stone we have and tell them the price. It’s honest work and it’s what we’ve been doing for a while at House 167. The village of Pilosary Khavali is where we are based, and we are quite comfortable here. It gets very hot in the summer and the dust can be a lot, but that is the nature of the stone business. We don’t try to make it sound like anything more than it is. It’s just crushing stones for building and roads. We keep our heads down and get the loads ready for the trucks. It’s a very straightforward way to live and work. We have been here for years now and the routine is the same every single day.
