Our facility is located at M-75 in the MIDC area of Taloja. It is quite a distance from the main city, so it feels more like an industrial outpost than a regular office. We have a P.O. Box, number 49, for our mail because sometimes the post has a hard time reaching us way out here. The area is filled with factories and large warehouses, and there are always heavy trucks rumbling past our gate. We do food processing here, so the inside of the building is kept very clean and orderly, even if the yard outside is a bit dusty. We have a lot of machinery that needs constant maintenance, and someone is always walking around with a clipboard checking on things. It gets very hot in Taloja, and the industrial sheds can trap the heat, so we have big industrial fans to keep the air moving. Our break room is just a basic space with a wooden table and a few benches where the staff can sit and eat their lunch. We don't have any fancy landscaping, just a few potted plants near the entrance that someone tries to remember to water. It is a place of work where we focus on the production lines and making sure the shifts are properly covered. We have been here for a while and the routine is pretty well established, even if things get a bit hectic during the peak seasons.
