Uttam Galva

We operate out of the Pankal Banglow in Vihari Gaon, which is near Khopoli. Amit Ranjan is the main person here handling the Uttam Galva business. It’s a bit of a different setup since we’re in a bungalow rather than a standard office block. It makes the work day feel a little more relaxed, even when we’re busy with orders. We use the main rooms for our desks and storage. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so you’ll see stacks of files almost everywhere. We don't have a big sign out front, so you have to know where you’re going to find us in the village. It’s a quiet area mostly, which is nice compared to the noise of the city. We spend our time talking to transporters and checking on the steel shipments. We don’t use any corporate talk or have a fancy mission. We just try to get the work done right and keep things moving. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we have to do things the old-fashioned way over the phone. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time.
