Our address is Flat 13 in the 3A Building, which is part of Samarth Nagar in Khopoli. This is in the Raigad district, zip code 410203. It's a standard residential area where we have set up for Uttam Galva Steels Ltd. Living and working in Khopoli means you get used to the industrial vibe of the town, but Samarth Nagar feels a bit more like a neighborhood. The building isn't very tall, and we are just on one of the floors doing our bit. It gets pretty busy in the mornings when everyone is heading out. Our office is just a room with some files and computers. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is a bit cramped when too many people visit at once, but for the daily routine, it works out fine for us. Raigad has a lot of rain in the monsoon, and the building holds up okay, though sometimes there are leaks in the common areas. We just keep our heads down and handle the steel company business from here. It is a lot of phone calls and checking shipments. Being in a flat makes it feel a bit more relaxed, I guess. You can hear the neighbors and the kids playing outside sometimes. It is just a normal life here. Nothing like those big glass buildings you see in Mumbai. We are just local people working in a local flat. Sometimes the rain gets so heavy you can't hear yourself talk, but that's just how Raigad is.
