You can find us in New Panvel West, over at Khanda Colony. We are based in Flat B/801 of Tulsi Prerana, which is on Plot 9 in Sector 1. It is a residential area mostly, so it feels quite calm compared to the middle of Mumbai. Being on the eighth floor gives us a bit of a breeze when we open the windows in the evening. The office is really just a flat that we converted so we could have a place to work together. It has a kitchen where we make tea and a small balcony where people go to take a break. We are a small team, so we don't need a massive commercial space. The commute to Panvel can be a bit of a stretch for some, but the station isn't too far away if you take a rickshaw. We usually start our day around nine or ten and keep going until the work is finished. There isn't a receptionist or a waiting lounge. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up to open the door. It’s a very informal environment. We wear what we want and sit where we find space. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, and the building gets very quiet then. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things moving. We usually head out for a quick bite at the local stalls when we need a break from the screens.
