It is a regular residential building, so it doesn't feel like a cold or formal office. Walking into the society, you see kids playing or neighbors talking near the gate. Our space is just a flat that we converted for work. We have desks where the living room used to be. It is a good spot because it stays relatively quiet during the day while everyone else is out at their regular jobs. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and typing away. Kharghar has grown a lot lately, but our little corner in Sector 12 still feels pretty steady and calm. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, though the humidity in this part of town can be a bit much sometimes. There is no big sign outside the building, just our name on the door. Most days involve a lot of coffee and trying to figure out technical problems that pop up. We aren't a massive team, so everyone knows exactly what everyone else is doing. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of gear or boxes out, but we make it work. We just show up, do the hours, and head home like anyone else. That is pretty much the whole story of our daily life here.
