Syntignis Private Limited is located in Kharghar, which is a part of Navi Mumbai that has grown a lot lately. Our office is in the Maitri Icon building, specifically Flat A 305 on Plot No. 35 and 36 in Sector 19. It’s a decent area, and the building is easy enough to find once you get into the sector. We are a small team, and we like it that way because it means we actually know what everyone else is working on. There isn't much bureaucracy here. We just sit down at our desks and start working. Kharghar is a bit quieter than the main city of Mumbai, which we appreciate when we need to concentrate. Most of our work is technical, involving a lot of data and digital solutions. Our company started because we saw a gap in how things were being handled and figured we could do it ourselves. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to provide a reliable service that people can count on. The office has a few plants that we try to keep alive and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. A big corporate story is something we don't have. We are just a group of professionals who decided to set up shop in Navi Mumbai and see where it goes. It’s been an interesting journey so far with plenty of long days, but we are happy to be here.
