Sunil Forging & Steel Industries

Sunil Forging & Steel Industries is located at D-3 on Road-H in the Taloja Industrial Area. If you know the MIDC area, you know how busy it gets around here. Our shop is where we handle the forging work. It gets pretty loud and hot, especially during the summer months when the machines are running all day long. We deal with steel mostly. There is usually a lot of material sitting around the yard waiting to be moved or worked on. People who work here have been doing this for a long time. They know how the metal behaves under pressure. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time navigating the road when it rains because the potholes get deep, but we still manage to get things out. We aren't a huge corporate office with fancy desks. It’s mostly just us, the steel, and the hammers. We started out small and stayed focused on the work itself. Most days start early before the sun gets too high because once the furnaces are going, the temperature inside the shed rises fast. We keep a simple routine. The address is easy enough to find if you are coming through Taloja. We just try to get the orders done as they come in and keep the machines in good shape. It’s honest work and it keeps everyone busy from morning until the evening whistle. We’ve been here for years and the neighbors know us well.
