SKISAIM CONSULTANCY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Shop 02 of the Depalo Clubhouse at Arihant Arshiya. This is in Khalapur, right in the Dahivati Tarf Boreti area of Raigad. It’s a quiet little spot where we do our daily work. The shop isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we need. We usually have the door open to let in some air unless it’s raining too hard. Being in a clubhouse means we see a lot of the residents walking by during the day. We handle different kinds of consultancy paperwork and help folks with their business filings. It’s just one person running the show mostly, so it stays pretty simple. There are a couple of plastic chairs for visitors and a desk that’s seen better days. We don't have fancy decorations or big signs outside. Raigad can be a busy place, but here in Khalapur, things move at a slightly slower pace. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and continue later. It’s a practical place to work. We aren’t some big corporate office from the city. We’re just local people doing our jobs in this neighborhood. Most of our days are spent typing away or talking to people on the phone about their files. If you’re around the Arihant Arshiya complex, you’ll probably find us near the clubhouse area. It’s a decent place to be for a small business like ours.
