M S Arnita Sez Consultant Pvt Limited

We have been running M S Arnita Sez Consultant Pvt Limited for some time now. Our office sits in the Hirkani Housing Society, right in Sector 15 of Nerul. If you know Navi Mumbai, you know how busy it gets around here. We are in Room No 2 on Plot 2B. It is quite easy to find us because we are really close to the Abhudaya Bank in Phase 1. Working with SEZ rules and all that paperwork takes up most of our day. It is a lot of back and forth with files. The office isn't fancy, just a practical space where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic in Nerul makes getting here a bit of a chore in the mornings, but we like the neighborhood anyway. We handle the consulting stuff mostly for people who need help navigating those specific zones. It is steady work, I guess. We have a small desk for paperwork and a few chairs for when people stop by to drop off documents. Most days it is just us sitting through regulations and making sure everything matches up. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address in the society. Being in Navi Mumbai helps because we are close to where a lot of the development happens. It is a basic setup, really. Nothing more than a group of people working hard in a small room near the bank.
