Down in Sec 3 of Nerul, you can find us at Nl 5125. Navi Mumbai 400706 is a big area, but this little patch is where Unique Offshore Pvt.Ltd. does its thing. Being near the coast and the docks makes sense for what we do. The office is pretty functional. We have some heavy desks and a lot of cabinets for all the paperwork that comes with offshore work. It isn’t the quietest place, but that’s Navi Mumbai for you. People are always moving. We usually get in before the sun gets too high to avoid the humidity. Our team is small, mostly people who have lived around Nerul or nearby for years. We aren't interested in making things look more complicated than they are. If there is a job to do, we just figure out the logistics and get to it. The building we are in has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and it keeps the rain out. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a few charts and maybe a clock that’s a couple of minutes fast. It’s a decent place to work. We know the tea seller around the corner and the guys at the stationery shop. We’ve stayed in Sec 3 because it’s easy for everyone to reach. It’s just a regular office where we deal with offshore projects and hope the internet stays stable for the day. We just get on with it.
