Royal Soda Factory

We’ve been here in Pezari Post Poynad for a while now. Raigad gets incredibly hot in the afternoons, so having a soda factory nearby is just common sense for the locals. It’s mostly just us here at Royal Soda Factory. We keep the machines running and stack the heavy plastic crates until they reach the ceiling. Sometimes the delivery truck is late because the roads around here aren't the best after it rains, but we always manage to get the orders out. It is a bit noisy inside the plant, but you honestly get used to the clinking of glass after a few years of working the shifts. We mainly handle the small shops and stalls around the district. People know exactly where we are if they need to stop by. It’s definitely not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a big open workshop with plenty of glass bottles and CO2 tanks lined up against the back wall. We spend most of our morning filling the bottles and the entire afternoon loading up the tempos. If you happen to come by, you’ll probably see us covered in a bit of water or moving wooden pallets around the yard. It's hard work, especially during those long summer months when every single person in the area wants a cold drink. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have the daily routine down. The labels sometimes go on a bit crooked, but the soda is cold.
