Our place is down at C-7 in the Toloja Midc Area, Taluka. Rexam Htw Beverage Can (India) Ltd. is a place where we make a lot of cans. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep it down to earth. The sounds of metal and machinery are what we hear all day long. It’s an industrial setting, so it’s not exactly pretty, but it’s where the work happens. We have a lot of people coming in for shifts at all hours. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or marketing brochures. We’re focused on the manufacturing process and making sure the lines are running right. It’s a lot of technical stuff that we’ve had to learn over the years. Toloja is a busy hub for this kind of work, so we fit right in. We aren't trying to sound like a polished corporate office. We’re a factory at heart. There’s a lot of grease and hard work involved in making beverage cans. We take pride in just doing the job and getting the orders out to the companies that need them. It’s a straightforward business when you get down to it. We stay busy, we watch the machines, and we make sure everything is at the right standard. That’s what a day at C-7 looks like for us. It’s honest, industrial work and it keeps a lot of us busy here. It is a noisy place but it's ours.
