Associated Brweries & Distilleries Ltd.

The TTC Industrial Area in Nerul is a huge place, and we are tucked into D-103/104. Associated Brweries & Distilleries Ltd. isn't a small operation, but inside the office, it feels pretty grounded. It’s mostly the sound of machinery and the clinking of glass if you’re near the production side. Out here in the front, it’s just us at our desks. The air gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so the air conditioning is always running, though it makes a bit of a rattling noise. We’ve got rows of filing cabinets that are labeled by year, and some of them go back a long way. The floors are concrete and easy to clean, which is good because things can get dusty in an industrial zone. We see a lot of trucks coming in and out of the gate, mostly picking up loads to take out to the city. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the right crates get on the right vehicles. We have a small canteen where we all sit together for lunch, usually complaining about the commute or the heat. It’s a straightforward environment. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because we’re too busy keeping the lines running and the orders filled. It’s a tough job sometimes, but we’ve got a good rhythm going here in Nerul.
