Rjs Systems Private Limited is based out of Kharghar, specifically in Flat B-1601 at the Hexblox building on Plot 269 in Sector 10. Being on the 16th floor means we have a pretty good view of the surrounding area, which is nice when the sun starts going down and the lights come on. Kharghar always feels a bit more open than other parts of the city, though the wind can get quite strong up here. The office is basically a converted apartment, which gives us separate rooms for different tasks, though most of us end up congregating in the main area anyway. We’ve got shelves full of old manuals and hardware parts that we might use one day, though they mostly just sit there collecting a bit of dust. The elevator ride up can take a while if it's the morning rush, so we’ve learned to be patient. We don't really have a big corporate culture here. It’s more about sitting down at the desks and getting through the list of things that need to be fixed or built. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weekend while we wait for files to upload. The space is functional and keeps the rain out, which is all we really need. It’s a solid place to work, and we like being away from the extreme noise of the lower floors. We just do our thing and try to keep everything running smoothly without making a big deal out of it.
