Reliance Engineering And Associates Ltd. is located over in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Our office is specifically at Flat No. 15 in the K-3 Building of the Spaghetti complex. It is right next to the Gharkul Housing Society in Sector 15. Kharghar is a pretty big area with lots of new buildings going up all the time. Our office is inside a residential-style building, which keeps things feeling a bit more relaxed than a big office tower. We do a lot of engineering work here, which involves a lot of plans and technical stuff scattered across the desks. It isn't always the tidiest place but we know where everything is. We have a small group of people who have been with us for a while. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, look at the projects we have for the day, and try to get them done correctly. The Spaghetti complex is a bit of a funny name but it is a well-known spot in this sector. We like being in Navi Mumbai because it is a bit more spaced out than the main city. Most of our time is spent looking at blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. It’s a practical job and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We’re just here in Sector 15 doing our part and trying to stay busy with the work we have.
