We are located out in Gavthan, which is in the Jasai area of Uran. It's part of the Raigad district here in Maharashtra. Stup Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is based right here in the village area. It is a bit different from being in a big city office park. Things move a bit slower around here, which we don't mind too much. Most of us live nearby or in the surrounding villages. The office itself is pretty basic. We have the usual computers and desks, nothing very modern or stylish. It gets a bit dusty because of the roads and the nearby industrial activity, but that is just part of being in this location. We deal with whatever comes our way during the day. Sometimes the internet is a bit patchy, so we have to be patient with the connection. There isn't a big sign outside, so you really have to know where you are going to find us. We've been part of the Jasai community for a while. People know who we are. We don't have a big HR department or any of those corporate layers. If there's a problem, we just talk it out and fix it ourselves. It's a very straightforward way of working. The local environment is quiet for the most part, except for the trucks passing through. We like it here because it feels real. We usually take a break in the afternoon when it gets hot. It is just a regular group of people doing their jobs and getting through the week.
