Pure Ice Industries

Our factory is out in the MIDC Taloja area, specifically at Plot No.L-37. It is in the Raigad district, and we are quite close to the Sakinaka Junction. It is an industrial zone, so it is very different from a regular retail shop. There is a lot of heavy machinery here because we make ice on a large scale for various clients. The noise is quite something when everything is running at once in the morning. We have to wear warm clothes even when it is boiling outside because the production area is kept so cold. It's a lot of heavy lifting, moving big blocks of ice onto the trucks that wait in the yard. Most of our work happens very early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We aren't trying to be a fancy corporate office with a lobby. This is a workshop environment. There are often puddles on the floor and the smell of industrial equipment is everywhere. We have a small crew of guys who have been with us for years and they know the routine. They know how to handle the heavy molds and the freezing tanks. It's a tough job and your hands stay cold for hours even after you finish. We deal with a lot of local businesses that need ice for their own cooling. The trucks come in through the gate, we load them up, and they head back out to the junction.
