Prosperity Learning & Development Services Private Limited is located over in Sector-20, Navi Mumbai. We are in the Green Heritage building, specifically in flat C-1902. It’s a high-rise, so the view is alright, though we spend most of our time looking at training materials and spreadsheets. We deal with learning and development stuff, mostly helping people pick up new skills or improve what they already know for their jobs. It’s a quiet enough place to work, tucked away from the main road noise. Usually, it's just a couple of us in the office making sure the schedules are sorted and the materials are ready for the next day. Moving into this flat was a practical choice for our small team. It’s easy to reach from most parts of Navi Mumbai and Raigarh if you take the local trains. We don’t do anything fancy here, just regular desk work and organizing training sessions. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have big deadlines, but that’s just how it goes in this business. People in the building know us as the ones always carrying folders and boxes of books. We’ve been here for a bit now and it feels like a proper home for the business. It’s not your typical corporate office with glass walls; it’s more like a workspace inside a home. That makes it feel a bit more comfortable for everyone. We just try to do our job well without making a big fuss about it.
