Our spot is at 204 Citizen Apartment, in Sector 18A of Nerul West. It is right here in Navi Mumbai. We run the Dls operations from this apartment. It is on the second floor, so it is easy to get to. The apartment itself is pretty standard. We have turned the main rooms into a workspace. It is a bit tight when we have a lot of supplies coming in, but we make it work. We like being in Nerul because it is a bit more planned out than some other parts of the city. You can see the street from our window, and it is usually quite active with people going to the shops nearby. We do not have any formal reception or a waiting area. People usually just call before they come over. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and checking through various spreadsheets. It is a basic setup but it has everything we need to keep Dls moving. We have a small fridge for water and snacks, and that is about it for office perks. We are not a big corporation with hundreds of staff members. It is just a few of us here doing our jobs every day. We find that being in a residential building keeps things feeling more personal and less like a cold office environment.
