We are based out of Plot Number 70 over at Hindprerana Apartments. It is right in the heart of Prerana Nagar. If you have ever walked through this part of town, you probably know the building. We have been operating Prathamesha Advisors from here for some time now. It is a very straightforward office setup. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking over whatever files came in the previous afternoon. The neighborhood is fairly decent, and having the office in an apartment building like Hindprerana makes it feel less like a cold corporate space. We are not interested in being some big, untouchable firm. We just do our advisory work and try to stay on top of the latest changes in the rules. Sometimes the parking near the plot can be a bit of a headache, but that is just how it goes in this area. We have a few desks, some computers, and plenty of storage for all the records we keep. People usually come to us because they know someone else who used our help before. It is a word-of-mouth kind of situation. We like it that way. No need for flashy signs or anything loud. Just a quiet room in Prerana Nagar where the work gets finished. We have seen the area change a bit over the years, but our little spot at Plot 70 stays pretty much the same. It is reliable, and it is where we feel most comfortable working every day.
