Powerica Ltd

We are based at No. 474 on the 3rd floor in Gautam Nagar. Powerica Ltd has been in this building for quite some time now. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of exercise every day, especially since the lift can be temperamental sometimes. The office is mostly filled with filing cabinets and large desks covered in paperwork. We deal with power and energy equipment, so there is often talk about engines, generators, and technical specs going on in the background. It is a busy place, but not in a flashy way. People are usually on the phone or working through spreadsheets. There is a small corner where we keep the water cooler and a few boxes that have not been unpacked in months. Gautam Nagar is a crowded area, so there is always noise coming from the street—horns honking and people shouting. We have grown used to it over the years. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We do not have a polished corporate image. The paint on the walls is a bit faded in spots and the carpet has seen better days. But it is a functional space where the real work happens. We focus on getting the orders processed and making sure everything is running as it should. It is just a regular office where we put in our hours and get things done.
