We’ve been running Rotarex Engineering Private Ltd for a while now from our office up on the eleventh floor of The Landmark in Kharghar. It’s a busy spot in Sector-7, right at Plot No-26A. People often ask how we manage up here, but the view is decent and the work gets done. Engineering is just what we do every day. There isn’t much fancy talk about it. We just show up, handle the drawings or the parts, and make sure things move along. It gets noisy sometimes with the phones ringing and everyone trying to coordinate, but that’s just how a workshop office feels. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the world, just a group of people who know their way around a project. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, which is a bit of a pain when you're in a hurry. Our team is small, mostly locals who have been in the trade for years. We don't spend much time on fancy websites because we're usually too busy with the actual jobs on the desk. If you come by Unit No-1103, you’ll likely see piles of papers and someone drinking tea while looking at a blueprint. It’s a straightforward operation. We deal with what's in front of us. No big speeches, just engineering work handled by people who have seen it all before. That's pretty much what happens here daily on the eleventh floor.
