Furnace Fabrica (India) Ltd.

You can find us over in Kharghar at the Jalvayu Vihar 1 complex. We are in Sector-20, specifically unit F-1204. It’s a decent area of Navi Mumbai, fairly quiet compared to some of the other sectors. At Furnace Fabrica (India) Ltd., we spend most of our time looking over plans and keeping track of the industrial projects we’ve got going on. Working out of a place like Jalvayu Vihar feels more like being part of a community than being in a cold business park. You see the same faces every morning when you come in. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising because we’re usually too busy with the actual work. Furnaces and industrial fabrication are what we know, so that’s what we stick to. The office itself is pretty simple, just some desks, computers, and a lot of files. Sometimes the rains in Navi Mumbai make the commute a bit of a mess, but Kharghar has grown a lot and the roads are better than they used to be. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see someone busy on a call or typing away at a report. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like a fixture of the sector. We just focus on getting through the tasks without much fuss. It works for us as a small team.
