Penkar Beverage Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Masla, which is part of Taluka Majdha in the Raigad district. It is a bit out of the way, surrounded by a lot of greenery and open space. We chose this spot because we needed the room for our bottling equipment. The building is a large, functional structure with concrete floors and high roofs. We don't have a fancy corporate office. Instead, we have a small corner with a few desks and a computer where we manage the orders. The main area is full of the sound of bottles clinking and machines running. We employ several people from the nearby villages in Masla. We all work together to make sure the beverages are bottled and packed correctly. It can be a bit messy and wet on the production floor, so we all wear sturdy boots. We don't have a big marketing department or expensive commercials. We just focus on making sure the product is good and that the transport trucks can get in and out easily. The road to Raigad can be a bit rough during the monsoon, but we manage to keep things moving. We usually eat our lunch together in the shade of the building. It is quiet out here once the machines are turned off at the end of the shift. We are just a local company doing our work in a quiet corner of the district.
