It’s got that Raigad feel, a bit more relaxed but still busy with local life. Panchsatva Healthy And Tasty Foodsprivate Limited is what we call ourselves. We wanted the name to reflect both the health side and the fact that food should actually taste good. Working out of Pezari means we are close to the ground, literally. The air is better here, and we think it helps with how we handle our food items. It is not always easy being away from the main supply hubs, but we make it work. Alibag is known for many things, but we are just focused on our little corner here. Most of the time, we are just busy with the daily chores of running a small food business. There isn’t a lot of noise, except maybe the local transport going by. We use local stuff when we can. It’s a practical setup, nothing fancy.
