We’ve been running Om Suvarna Foods And Aqua Private Limited from here in Uran for a bit now. Our spot is right in Kamgar Vasahat, near Inamdar Wadi. It’s a busy place with people always moving around. Mostly we deal with food items and bottled water because that’s what people need around here. The heat in Uran gets pretty bad sometimes, so the water side of things keeps us on our toes. It isn’t some fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get the work done. Sometimes the trucks have a bit of a hard time getting through the narrow lanes when it’s crowded, but we manage. My cousin helps out with the accounts and we have a couple of local guys who handle the heavy lifting. We don't spend much time on the internet or making things look pretty. It’s more about making sure the crates are loaded and the deliveries go out on time. The neighbors at Inamdar Wadi are good people, they’ve known us for years. We usually start quite early in the morning before it gets too sunny. By the time the afternoon hits, we’re mostly finishing up the paperwork. It’s a simple life, just trying to run a decent business and keep things moving. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name on the door and a lot of work to do every day.
