Our office is located in Shreeji Enclave, which is at Plot 18 in Sector 13 of Kharghar. We are in Flat C-204, so we’re on the second floor of the C wing. It’s a standard residential building, and we’ve tried our best to make it feel like a professional workspace, though the domestic kitchen in the corner gives it away. We do international consulting from here, which sounds fancy, but most of it is just us sitting at desks and staring at spreadsheets for hours on end. The Raigarh heat can be tough, so we have a couple of noisy AC units that we try to keep running. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, mostly families and other small businesses like ours. Sometimes you can hear the sounds from the nearby park or people calling out to each other on the street. We have a lot of files stored in big plastic bins because we ran out of shelf space months ago. The furniture is a mix of stuff we bought new and things we brought from our own homes. We don’t have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door gets up to answer it. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We appreciate being in Kharghar because it’s a bit more organized than other parts of Navi Mumbai. It’s a decent place to spend our working hours, and we’ve made the space our own.
