Mukand Ltd

Mukand Ltd operates out of Flat No 102 in Aanya Heights, which is part of the Co-Op Housing Society in Sector-13. We are on Plot No 217 in Kharghar. If you’ve spent any time in Navi Mumbai lately, you know Kharghar has been growing quite a bit. It’s a bit more spacious than the old city, though Sector-13 is getting busier every year. Our office is basically a flat, so it has a very lived-in, domestic feel. It’s not one of those cold, sterile offices with glass walls. We have a small kitchen area where we make way too much tea, and the living room area is where most of the actual work happens. It’s a practical way to run things without all the overhead of a big commercial block. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything fancy. It’s just a quiet place where we can focus on what needs to be done. Sometimes you can hear the kids playing outside in the society courtyard, which is actually kind of nice. It keeps things from feeling too serious. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and we know the security guards and the other residents. It’s a community vibe more than a corporate one. We don’t have a big mission to talk about; we just want to get through the day’s tasks efficiently. It is a simple place to work and it suits us.
