Mnpl Lifestock Agrocorps Grower Private Limited is situated in Flat Number 1002, L 17, Swapnapoorti, over in Sector 36 of Kharghar. It’s a bit different running an agro and livestock business from a flat, but we make it work. Kharghar is growing fast, but we still focus on the livestock and growing side of the industry. Most of our work involves coordinating between different growers and making sure the livestock side of the business is moving along. We spend a lot of time on the phone and on the computer. It’s a lot of logistics. Since we are in a residential area, it stays relatively quiet, which helps when we have to get through a pile of documents. Being in Navi Mumbai gives us good access to different markets. We’ve been at this for a while now. The team is small, and we don't have fancy titles or anything. We just do what needs to be done. Some days involve visiting sites outside the city, and other days we stay in the office in Swapnapoorti. It’s a mix of city life and agricultural business. We don't put on airs. It’s just Mnpl Lifestock doing its thing. We manage the growers and handle the administrative side from here. It gets busy during certain seasons, but we manage. The 10th-floor view is nice, but we are usually too busy with spreadsheets to look out the window much. It's just us and our daily tasks.
