Dohadi Dairy Production Private Limited is located in Valvati, which is a small village in the Shrivardhan area of Raigad. Our business is right there in the village, not too far from the post office. We are a dairy company that works closely with the local farmers who keep cows. Raigad can get very hot and humid, so we have to be extremely careful about keeping the milk at the right temperature. We have some basic cooling tanks and the usual equipment for handling dairy products. It is not some high-tech factory like you see on television. It is a local operation where we know everyone who brings their milk to us. The busiest time is always the morning when all the milk cans come in on cycles or small vans. We weigh everything by hand and get to work immediately. The whole place smells like fresh milk and steam from the cleaning. We do not have a marketing team or a fancy website. We just process the milk and make sure it gets delivered to the shops. Sometimes the heavy monsoon rains make the roads around Valvati very muddy and difficult, but we still try to keep the schedule.
