Our place is in the Musco Colony, specifically at E-1/12 in Jagdish Nagar. Khopoli is a rugged kind of town, especially during the monsoon when everything turns green, but the steel work keeps us busy all year round. The colony itself is where many of us live and work, so it’s a tight-knit community. You walk down the street and see the same faces every morning. We’ve been part of this landscape for a long time. The building is simple, just a part of the Jagdish Nagar area. Inside, it’s mostly about the steel and the technical side of things. It’s not a place for suits and ties, really. We wear what’s practical for the job. Dealing with steel means things get a bit dusty and loud, but that’s just how it is. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s functional. Some of the equipment has been here as long as I can remember. We have our routines, starting early before the heat gets too bad. Being in Maharashtra, we get those heavy rains that sometimes make the roads a mess, but we still make it in. It’s a steady kind of life here at Musco. We just do the work that’s assigned to us and go home to the colony in the evening. There are no secrets here, just people doing a job and looking after their families in the same neighborhood. It is just the way we do things around here.
