Jsw Steel Ltd Tarapur

We are located over at Wonder City in the Katral area of Pune. You can find us at flat L-401, where S.M. Jadhav handles the day-to-day things for our Tarapur operations. Even though the main plant is elsewhere, this Pune location is where a lot of the coordination happens. It’s a standard residential setup, which makes the work environment feel a bit more relaxed than a giant factory floor. We deal with a lot of the logistics and planning from here. The Katral area is pretty busy, but our building is tucked away enough that we can get our work done without too much noise. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls or slick brochures. It’s mostly just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of lists. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure the steel gets to where it needs to go. Sometimes we have to work late to keep up with the schedules from the Tarapur side. It is a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time. Being in Pune helps us stay connected with other businesses and suppliers in the region. It is a straightforward job, and we try to keep the atmosphere here friendly and down-to-earth. We don't have many visitors, but when we do, we always make sure there is enough tea for everyone. It is just the way we do things here.
