Ispat Industris Limited,Dolvi

This part of our operation for Ispat Industris Limited is handled out of the RCF Colony in Kihim. Specifically, you can find Madan Kumar at D9/A. We are in the Alibagh area of Raigad district. It’s a bit of a trek from the main cities, but it’s where we need to be to stay close to the Dolvi works. The office is basically a functional space within the colony. It's not the kind of place with a receptionist or a coffee machine. We usually just make our own tea and get to work. The air is salty because of the sea, and the environment is quite industrial once you get past the trees. We handle a lot of the site-specific details and local staffing issues from here. It’s a lot of manual record-keeping and talking to folks on the ground. We don't really have a polished way of doing things. We just do what works and keep the wheels turning. The rains here in Raigad can really shut things down for a bit, so we always have to plan for that. We’ve been part of this community for a while, and people know the name. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy promises. We just want to make sure the work gets done correctly so everyone can go home at the end of the day. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in this area.
