We’ve been at Sector-16/A in Navi Mumbai for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at R.H. No.18 on Plot No.194. The morning starts early here, usually with a lot of paperwork and checking on things. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical place where we get the work done. People often ask what it's like working in steel and industry stuff, but honestly, it’s mostly about making sure the logistics are right and the numbers add up. Sometimes the traffic in Navi Mumbai makes getting here a bit of a pain, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest thing out there, just trying to keep the operations running smoothly day in and day out. If you walk past Plot 194, you might see us moving about. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for some time. There isn't much to say other than we work hard and try to stay organized. Most of our days are spent on the phone or at our desks. It gets a bit noisy sometimes, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We keep things pretty straightforward. No big speeches or complicated rules, just the usual daily grind that keeps Ispat Industries Ltd. moving. It’s a lot of small tasks that eventually turn into a full day's work. We just do what needs doing. The weather gets pretty humid here, especially in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. It's a busy spot but we like it.
