Ispat Industries Ltd

We are based at Sai Sneh Cooperative Housing Society in Sector 21, Nerul. The office is in Flat No 102 on Plot No 282. It is a very normal, quiet place to work. Ispat Industries Ltd set up here in New Mumbai because it’s a good central spot for the staff to get to. Working out of a housing society means you get to see the daily lives of people living their lives around you every day. It’s not like being stuck in a cold, lonely industrial area. Nerul is a busy suburb, but Sector 21 stays relatively calm. We have our daily routine here. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of tea and checking through the updates from the day before. We don't use any fancy management talk or complicated jargon. We just tell it like it is and get the job done. The flat is small but we’ve made it work for our needs over time. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks or talking on the phone with clients. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs to the first floor. It keeps us moving, I guess. We aren't trying to sell anyone on some big corporate dream. We are just a local office handling the business side of things for the company. People in the society know us as the quiet folks in flat 102. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours and it works for us.
