Our office is located at Tambadshet, which is under the Johe post in the Pen taluka. We’re deep in the Raigad district of Maharashtra, with the pin code 402107. Working for Ispat Industries Ltd from this location means we are very much a part of the local scene. It’s a rural area, so things aren't as rushed as they are in Mumbai or even New Panvel. We have a small office where we handle our daily responsibilities. It’s mostly about managing the local operations and making sure the logs are kept up to date. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a sign that lights up at night. It’s just a plain building where we do our work. Some days are busier than others, especially when shipments are moving nearby. We know the local shopkeepers and the folks who live down the road. It’s a friendly place to be. We aren't here to impress anyone with big corporate talk. We just want to get our work done properly and honestly. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or the power flickers, but we’ve learned to manage with what we have. It’s just a regular group of people doing a job in a quiet part of the state. We’ve been here for a bit now and it feels right for us. It is a long way from the city, but we like the pace.
