Ispat Indu Ltd

Ispat Indu Ltd is based out here in Kihim. It’s a village area near Alibag in the Raigad district of Maharashtra. Being right at the post office area means everyone in the village knows where we are. It’s a lot quieter than the big cities, that’s for sure. You can even feel the sea breeze sometimes if the wind is blowing the right way. We don’t have a big corporate building with lots of floors. It’s more of a local setup that fits in with the surroundings. We do our work, talk to the locals, and keep things simple. People here don't really care for fancy talk, and neither do we. We just focus on the business at hand each morning. The roads can be a bit rough during the monsoon season, but we manage to get by. Most of us live nearby, so it’s not a long trip to get to the desk. We see the same faces every day. It’s a different kind of life than working in a skyscraper in Mumbai. We have our own way of doing things, and it works for us. There isn't any big marketing team or anything like that here. It's just us, some tables, chairs, and the work that needs doing. We keep the paperwork in order and deal with the day-to-day stuff as it comes. It's a honest way to spend the time, and the Kihim atmosphere makes it alright.
