Irasa Educational Foundation

You’ll find Irasa Educational Foundation up on the ninth floor of a building in Sector 18, Kharghar. It’s on Plot 31 and 32, which is a fairly easy area to navigate once you get into Kharghar. We have a pretty good view from up here, which is a nice change from the ground level noise. We aren’t some big, faceless NGO. It’s just us working out of this flat at number 901 to help with educational needs in the Raigarh area. Kharghar has grown so fast, and there are so many people moving in, so we stay pretty busy. We didn't want a fancy office in a mall or a commercial tower. This flat works just fine for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who want to support our foundation or need some help with schooling. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is out, but that doesn't happen too often. We like being in this part of Navi Mumbai because it feels modern but still has a community vibe. Our team is small, and we don’t really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. We just sit around the table and get things sorted. It’s a practical way to run a foundation. We’re usually there during regular hours, just doing our bit for the neighborhood and trying to keep everything moving forward.
