We are located over in the TTC Industrial Area in Shirwane. It’s an MIDC zone, so it’s mostly factories and warehouses around us. Our place is at D-25 / 12. It’s not the most glamorous part of town, but it works for what we do at Invensys India Pvt.Ltd. We spend our time working on industrial systems and control stuff. It’s mostly about making sure things in big plants run like they are supposed to. The office is functional, nothing too special to look at, just desks, computers, and some testing equipment. Traffic in Shirwane can be a bit of a pain in the evenings when everyone is leaving the industrial estate. We’ve been here for a while and we know the area well. It’s a lot of technical troubleshooting and planning. Some days are quiet, others we are running around trying to fix a problem that popped up. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just get to the point and handle the tasks. It’s a solid team of people here. We just focus on the job at hand and try to be reliable. Being in an industrial area means we are close to the action, which makes sense for the kind of work we handle. It's just a normal day-to-day operation where we try to get things right. There is always something to fix or a new system to look at.
