Our office is at Vally Shilp in Kharghar, specifically Flat No. 1303. Being up on the 13th floor gives us a pretty good view of Sector 36, especially when it rains. It is a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office space. We have a few rooms set up for different tasks here at Intelliza Solutions Private Limited. We don't really have a big sign outside or anything. People usually find us by the flat number. Navi Mumbai is a bit quieter than the main city, which is nice for focusing on work. We started out small and we have stayed that way mostly because it is easier to manage. There are a few local cafes around the corner where we usually meet up if the office feels too small for a long talk. The commute to Kharghar can be long for some of us, but the area is much cleaner than where some of us used to work. We spend our days mostly on the phones or typing away. It is a straightforward setup. No fancy gadgets or high-end furniture, just what we need to get the jobs finished. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but we try to keep regular hours. It is just a bunch of regular people trying to do a good job without making a big fuss about it. That is how we have always operated here and it works for us.
