We are out in Shivkar, which is part of Panvel in the Raigad district. Our place is house number 3010. It’s a bit further out than some other businesses, but we like it here. Indorevala Foods & Beverages Llp is really just a small-scale operation. We focus a lot on the flavors we grew up with, specifically from the Indore area. It’s a lot of work to get the spices and ingredients right. We aren't some big factory with machines doing everything. A lot of it is done by hand, and it takes time. Sometimes we run behind schedule, and we just have to work late to catch up. The weather out here in Panvel can be quite hot, which makes working with food a bit of a challenge. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. Most people find out about us through word of mouth. It’s just us and a few workers from the local area. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a batch isn't right, we don't sell it. It’s as simple as that. There are plenty of days where things go wrong, like the power cutting out or a delivery truck getting stuck. We just deal with it and keep going. We aren't trying to be famous. We just want to make decent food and beverages for people to enjoy. It is honest work for everyone involved.
