We are located out at Post Donvat in the Khalapur area of Raigad. It’s a bit of a distance from the big cities, but that’s where the work happens. We deal with steel, which is heavy and messy business. Our facility is a place of heat and noise. We have machines running and trucks coming in and out to pick up loads. The 410 203 area is quite industrial. We don’t spend much time in fancy offices; most of us are out where the actual production is going on. It’s hard work, and the days can be long, especially when we have big orders to finish. We make different kinds of steel products that go into buildings and machines. It’s a practical job. We have to keep an eye on the quality because if the steel isn't right, nothing else will be. Sometimes the weather in Raigad makes the work even tougher, especially during the monsoon when everything gets wet and muddy. But we just keep the machines moving. It’s a local operation that employs people from around the Donvat and Khalapur areas. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. We just focus on making the steel and getting it shipped out to wherever it is needed. It’s been our way of doing things for a long time. There's always something to be repaired or a new load to be moved, and we just keep at it every single day.
