Flsmidth Minerals

Our base for Flsmidth Minerals is right in Adhiraj Gardens, specifically at M2-501 in Sector-5, Kharghar. If you’ve ever been to Navi Mumbai, you know how these sectors are laid out. It’s a big residential area but we use this space for our daily operations. The fifth floor is a good height because you get away from some of the street noise but you aren't waiting forever for the lift. The building itself is quite sturdy and has that typical apartment feel. We’ve set up our workstations where the living room and bedrooms would usually be. It works out fine because it gives everyone a bit of their own space. We don’t have a big corporate lobby. Instead, you just come up to the door and ring the bell. Sometimes the hallway gets a bit dark if a bulb is out, but that’s just part of building life. We keep a kettle for tea and usually have some biscuits around for the afternoon slump. Working in Kharghar is alright because there’s plenty of space compared to the main city. We just come in, do our hours, and make sure everything is sorted before we lock up. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. No one is trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or flashy decor. We just value having a consistent place to sit and do what needs to be done. The fans keep the air moving and we stay busy with the paperwork and calls.
